memory overclock is it worth it.

Got my mem at 891mhz 5,5,5,12 1.9v but it can do 1069mhz with auto settings 5,5,5,15 but with more volts 2.2.
Is there much extra performance to be gained from this or not worth it.
Memory is 2x2gig of Black Dragon PC6400 great ram in my opinion.

Not tested tighter timings really, been busy getting CPU as fast as possible.
