Hey folks... Let me begin... I had an overclock on my current setup (shown below) and has worked for over a year with zero issues, until this morning pc would not boot saying overclock failed... So updated bios as was way out of date and havnt been able to run my ram at same speeds again weather xmp mode enabled or manual settings... Closest I can get it 2800mhz. Perhaps I have not restored all my settings since update of bios.
I have uploaded photos of my settings that I have changed to (setting that used to work, perhaps they aren't right)

I have got my CPU to run at the 4.5ghz again with t issue but ram will not budge.

I6700K (water cooled, can't remember which cooler, i100 comes to mind)
32gb Gskill Ripper 3000mhz
