Memory overclocking issues

Hi I recently acquired some new memory with this motherboard
but I'm having problems getting them to run at anything above 1333MHz. I don't have much experience with overclocking memory so its bound to be something obvious I am missing.

what board/cpu/memory?

are they rated at 1333mhz? or higher?
