Memory Overclocking

Im new to the whole idea of overclocking ram and changing timings and everything.

Basically I need an idiots guide to getting the best out of my ram.

im talkin total idiots guide.
to the acctual clocking bit... i think ive got my head round timings

just a quickie... s OCing DDR2 the same as DDr.. or do i eed an overclocking DDR2 idiots guide ?
