wondering is this worth doing, im currently running my cpu @3.4ghz (14hrs+ stable) unlinked, my memory is currently running @376mhz, voltage of 2.1v and timings of 4,4,4,10 memory is team extreme pc 6400c4, which ive heard can clock pretty well, thanks for any advice.

Definitely worth clocking it - As always, YMMV (Your milage may vary), but check this graph out

I've got the PC2-6400C3 kit (800@[email protected]) and I love it to bits. Runs 1200@[email protected] all day for me :D

Based on that graph, I'd go with the 1000@[email protected] and stick a fan on top of them - that's likely to be the fastest configuration unless you can get to 1200@5-5-5-15 :)

EDIT: Note, he's using an old P5WD2 motherboard with the Intel 955x chipset - as you're on a 680i, you should be able to get these up to 1200, but the 680i memory controller really like low timings, so you've an alternative. 800@3-3-3-8 is tasty if the kit will manage it. :) Good luck and have a play. Use the Everest Free Edition Benchmarking utility to find out which gives the best Read/Write/Latency figures. :)
