Im wondering about memory overclocking, on my current system im running my q6600 @3798mhz (9x422) my ram is ocz reaper hpc pc 6400 c4. Currently running at 844mhz, vdimm of 2.02 (due to p5q deluxe overvolting vdimm by +0.08) How much further could i push this ram, its standard ratings are 2.1v @4-4-4-15. my timings are currently set at 5-5-5-18. ocz guarentee the kit to 2.15 evp for overclocking. The main reason im asking is, i can get 4gb of reaper pc8500 for a very good price, but is it better to stick with my current reaper 800mhz and clock it up, or go for the set of pc8500. thanks in advance.
