memory question for Haswell

Hey guys,

My rig is in my signature. And my memory is on 1600Mhz. But is there any benefit for games and video editing, if I was to go faster?

Also, if I was to buy something at 2400Mhz, would I need to go into the bios and change it to that speed? Is that classified as oc your memory

you might see a slight improvement

and yes you can just select 2400mhz in the bios,it will support much faster speeds aswell though you might have difficulty running above 2600-3000mhz stable
