The other day I tested two sets of cheap 3200 sticks.
1 set consisted of 2x512mb Samsung TCCC rated at 3-3-3 and the other was a 2x1gb kit of Elixir sticks rated with the same timings.
With my NF7-S i got both up to 215mhz with 2.5-3-3-11 timings, PI and prime stable. Going over 225 halts the system, but I believe that is the NF7 hitting its limit.
The question: It seems the system is slower with 2gb instead of 1gb!? Boot up time is longer for instance. Timings are identical.
Keep the 2gb or keep 1gb?
I will use this with an opty 165 and a DFI Ultra. For overclocking obviously!
