memory question

i was just wondering what is the difference between ddr2 667mhz and ddr2 800mhz. what is the differnce in the speed and how does it affect the performance of the pc?

There is very little difference in performance.

The only difference you will see is if you are overclocking your CPU's FSB. The DDR667 will make it hit its wall a lot sooner than the the DDR800 will.
