Memory Question

I just wanted to know the effect of different memory Mhz and timings on the game FPS/Preformance?

im gunna go for a guess and say faster and beter times = better fps i have definitly noticed a difference in loading times when loading maps for levels and such because of the bandwidth i think the faster it is i might be wrong in my explinations but its what i have experienced
