Memory question.

So i have my old memory from my old rig which is gskill cl9 1600mhz 4gb 1.5v and now that i have a new with upgraded memory from corsair cl9 1600mhz 1.5v too. So yeah pretty similar so, so that means i can use the old memory in my new rig, right?

Cool thanks, it worked okay when i boot the system after installing the old memory then restarted the pc and now it won't even pass the POST.

But they both have the same speed/timing/volts :/.

I removed one of the memory and it booted okay then put the one I removed and it boot okay then after restarting the system it fails again. How do I get that?

Or is it because its the model listed in the mobo memory list.

here is the model they have in their list "F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL" though mine is "F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL"
