Is it ok to push memory ram to 1616MHz and dram voltage at 1.660v in the bios ? As I managed to overclocked with core speed: 4242.4MHz with 21x00 multiplier with bus speed of 202.0MHz and QPI Link of 3636.4MHz with HT enabled and Extreme performance enabled with vcore at 1.300v.

Temperature at the moment is 74C, 74C, 71C, 72C after 30 minutes prime95 so far

Ram you just run faster and faster until it errors. Don't overvolt it, or it's likely to die on you. So as fast/low latency as you can manage on stock voltage is your lot

random access memory, doesn't need memory written before or after it.
