I always try to aim for 1:1 memory/fsb ratio, not sure if that's "bad" though

Not bad at all, granted 1:1 ratios (ie no divider) generally runs more stably, if your overclock is stable then there is no problem with using that divider.
However, that e5200 chip and p5q-e motherboard will support FSB speeds much faster than 320Mhz - you should get a small performance increase if you reduce your multipier and you crank up the fsb speeds while dropping (or eliminating your memory divider).
