Hi
My BIOS is mis-reading SPD settings. Accoridng to CPUZ my mem can do
Freq 400
CAS Latency 4
RAS to CAS 4
RAS Precharge 4
Tras 12
Trc 22
Command Rate 2T
However, also according to CPUZ, the actual settings used are
Freq 408
FSB
RAM 5:6
CAS Latency 5
RAS to CAS 5
RAS Precharge 5
Cycle Time (Tras) 18
And the remaining ones are blank:
Bank Cycle TIme (Trc)
Commant Rate
DRAM Idle TImer
Total CAS
Row to Column (tRCD)
Now, the obvious solution is to go into the BIOS and do manual settings. However, after doing that it did not boot! I put in all the values I had, and lef the others as AUTO.
The ones I dont have numbers for are
Refresh Cycle TIme (tRFC)
Write Recovery Time (tWR)
Write to Read Delay (tWTR)
Act to Act Time (tRRD)
Read to Precharge (tRTP)
So what am I doing wrong??
