memory settings

so finally my system is up and running now i've noticed through cpuZ that my 1600MHZ ram is running at 666mhz instead on 800mhz and 9-9-9-24 instead of 7-8-7-20. should I set up the speed and timings manually through the bios and also set the voltage to 1.65v? this is my ram CMX4GX3M2A1600C7

I know i had to change my profile of memory in the bios for it to work at 800mhz

Your board will run at the SPD applicable for the default. If you want the rated speeds you do need to set them. There are options like selecting the XMP profile. That is one way of doing it. I tend to prefer to set all the settings manually. Mainly because my motherboard or CPU might not be what the vendor tested or created the XMP profile for.
