Recently purchased 4GB of Crucial Ballistix 6400 and just realised that they should be running with the timings 4-4-4-12 (that, Cas-tRCD-tRP-tRAS?) instead of the current 5-3-3-15. Have just set it to the right timings, but am i right that the DRAM Freq. should be 200MHz, as currently CPU-Z states 340?

p.s - is there any program similar to CPU-Z for ram (stating current settings, voltage etc)?

hi mate.... the normal timings dot the 6400 ballistix is 400 @ 4-4-4-12 or 400 @ 5-5-5-15
depending on voltages and higher mhz.

If you intend to run them at 400mhz I'd find the lowest possible stable voltage which should be 1.9 volts.

Second this. Ballistix seem to have a reputation for failing lately which maybe due to the high stock voltage - 2.2v. I have some Corsair ram that does 400 mhz at 1.8v 4-4-4-12 so the ballistix should be more than capable of coming close to those figures.
