hi all i am looking at building a itx z87 i5 4670k build but when i look at me ory compatabilty i see the following

2 x DIMM, Max. 16GB, DDR3 3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2500(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

whilst i understand that this gives you the supported speeds what does the OC stand for as i looking at ddr3 2133 to use as recommended by custom pc mag , so can i drop it straight in or does it need to be 1866 oc`ed to 2133

cheers
