Memory speed questions

Folks, apologies for the rather basic question.
I just noticed in HWINFO that my memory is reporting a speed of 1033. (DDR-2066 / PC4-16500)
I thought it should be PC28800?

DRAM frequency is coming up as 1800MHz in CPUZ.

The above doesnt look right to me.. any thoughts?

CPU-Z sounds consistent with what you expected.

In CPUZ under Max bandwidth its coming up with "DDR4-2132 (1066MHz).

Not sure if this is normal or incorrect....

DRAM frequency is the important part, I think.
