Memory Speed settings

Good Evening All

Sorry for what may appear to be a simple question. I am setting up a new Shuttle 37P2 with a Conroe 6600. In the memory section should my memeory be set to 533 or 667? I assume 533 as DDR = 533*2 to give thw 1066 bus?

When you state that I need to "then run upclock dividers to run them at stock", how do I achieve this? I can set the memory to either 533 or 667 and the FSB as well. I don't see an option to change the CPU multiplier though. My overclocking days were on RAMBUS bases systems so this is quite new
