my friend told me cos my memory frequency is 208 im running at ddr400 but i set it to 333 in bios when i overclocked, this correct?

Yes setting it to 333 doesn't actually force the memory to 333Mhz, it sets it to 333/400 or 5/6ths of the HTT speed.

So given your memory is at 208Mhz I guess your HTT is at 250Mhz
