Memory Speed

CPU-Z reads the Clock speed so X2 for the DDR speed would be 800mhz (normally what peeps ask when worried).

You seem to be detecting that Ram as 800mhz instead of 1066mhz, you can manually set it if you need it that high to match your FSB if your OC'ing.

Remember even for 800mhz DDR Speed that's a FSB of 1600(400).

Set the correct memory overvoltage (+0.2v or +0.3v) and then adjust the Memory Multiplier so that it makes 1066.

I have just adjusted the memory overvoltage to 0.2 and changed memory multiplier which shows as 1066 and saved but still when i load cpu-z states max bandwidth same as before any ideas? cheers

Memory or SPD tab?

The SPD tab never changes, and the Memory tab is the one to go by. It should say 533mhz for 1066mhz.
