Memory speed

could anyone tell me if my memory is running at the right speed?
i'm a bit of a noob with this stuff now :/
i have a 3200mhz kit but its only running at 1600mhz?

Double data rate...1600x2 is.....?

You could also check your BIOS settings just to be sure.
