Memory Suggestions.

Looking to buy some new ram for my secondary gaming comp, low budget for this one tho (£50) was wondering if anyone new the best choice at the moment for this low budget. (preferably would like to go for 4gig 2 at the least if possible)

They're going to be put into a Winfast 6150M2MA

I would reccomend going corsair on Asus as ive had bad experiences with OCZ.

I'm also looking to upgrade my ram, Is there anything along the lines of DDR3 going relativly cheap at the moment? I'm currently using Geil Black Dragons 2x2gig 800 mhz looking to get something along the lines of 1333mhz give or take.

If i chose something along the lines of...http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-049-KS would i see a significant upgrade? (noticing some games are jolting a lot and i think it could very well be my ram)

what does your motherboard support ddr2 or ddr3?

i had a google, sure its ddr2,

and im running a asus 680I board with ocz ram...

always worked fine for me in the passed

you cant use ddr3 on a ddr2 motherboard....

Ah buggery yeah sorry my mistake, still in the mind of using my old mobo. Well as far corsair/Ocz go i've not really used either, the ram isn't going on my asus the memory will be on a secondary gaming comp (just for when i'm LANing at other locations etc) It's going in a Winfast 6150M2MA

a Foxconn board

people should look these things up before assuming it was the asus board
