Memory test shows more memory than there is

I ran memory test for 12 hours, it seemed to indicate some problems initially, but then started to show problems with memory I don't have.

Presumably I'm just misreading it, could somebody please help me with this issue?

(it only started saying Failing Addre231 after I'd had the menu up and closed a few times if anyones wondering)

For anybody who was interested - it was a faulty motherboard that was the cause it seems.
