Memory testing on Core 7

I purchased the OcUK 4G Core i7 setup and assembled yesterday. The system keeps crashing Vista 64 and now crashes if I try to reinstall it.

I thought it may be the overclock so set everything back to optimized default in the BIOS. Still no joy random crashes and BSOD.

I've just ran Memtest 86+ versions 1.65, it shows errors straight away on stock speeds and the overclock (4G). Version 3.4 is showing errors and Version 3.5 just hangs the computer.

The memory was already on the motherboard when the components arrived, so I've removed and reseated them. Re running Memtest is still showing errors.

I'm just checking that Memtest is ok to check out the memory for my system?

The memory is Patriot Viper. Any other programs or tips to try before I contact OcUK?

I haven't tested each module separately, memtest 3.54 showed errors on 2 of the 3 slots. The memory voltage was set at 1.66v by default.

All 6g show up in the BIOS and Memtest. Will have another go tomorrow as I'm on nights tonight.

Thanks for the replies.

Update:

Memtest was only showing 4g of memory. It turned out to be the middle of the 3 memory modules that was giving errors. Module 1 test pass, Module 1+2 fail, Module 1+3 (in slot2 pass) Module 1 + 2 + 3 (slots 2 + 3 swapped) fail.

I have contacted OcUK for a RMA number. Thanks for your help guys.

I have RMA'ed the memory today, awaiting new ram from OcUK. This is the first time I've had to RMA a product. OcUK will receive the memory tomorrow by 1pm. What is the average turnaround time? I'm hoping to get my new system running by the weekend. What are the chances of this?
