Memory timings for PNY DDR memory anyone??

Hmm, the spec of that paticular memory is pretty hard to find, even PYN don't list the specs on their site, they list the memory though?
Any how, after a little googlewhacking I found they (apparently) use Micron 6ns chips rated for DDR266, but PYN sell them as DDR400/3-4-4-8
If thats true then I wouldn't expect much more than stock out of them tbh, since they seem to be heavily overclocked already.

I'm not too fussed about overclocking them (I know they are cheapo's 
)
All I really want is to get them set to the optimal timings etc so the rest of my overclocking is not held back!
So I'm assuming just leaving the settings to Auto in the bios is the best option??
