Memory Timings OC

Hey all I've Overclocked my computer buton prime95 a worker stops after about 2 hours, I've done my research and im pretty sure its the memory as the only thing ive touched is the memory voltage... Its running at 1600 and 1.650V? Any ideas of what i need to change timing wise? Or anything else.... here are the rest of my settings:

CPU: 4.0ghz 1.4250V
NB: 2400mhz 1.4v
HT: 2400mhz AutoV
Memory: 1600mhz 1.650V

Memory is Geil Corsa Dual Channel 1866 by the way

usually one can tighten memory timings with a small voltage bump, but sometimes (my Kingston memory) for example can get better timings at stock voltage. prime failing though, have you tried lowering your CPU clock, see if that has any effect? how long did you leave prime running before it failed out of curiosity?

Edit: what sort of CPU is that? Phenom II?

Hi Gashman Its a Phenom II x6 1090t and does tightening memory make it better? and how do i do this? Thanks for reply
