memory timings plz help

hiya guys i got 1gb of corsair ram in 2x512 could you please advise me as to some timings i should try? my spec is in my sig cheers guys

its ddr2 and is currently runing at 133mhz (266) with timings of 4 4 4 11 14

is it worth going down to 100mhz (200) with timimgs of 3 3 3 9

I dont know anything about intel systems but i thought they used high banwith ram.

Is the actual memory speed 200/266mhz or is that a reference clock which is them quad-pumped or something?
