Memory Timings

I've got some Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX (2x1GB) which is capable of running timings 2-3-3-6. My motherboard is a Gigabyte K8N51GMF-9 nForce 430 but there are no options in the BIOS to change the timings and CPUZ indicates they are at 3-3-3-8.

Is there another way I can change the timings? Would it be a significant performance boost anyway?

Bearing in mind I can get it to 215mhz no problem, which ups CPU from 2.2Ghz to just under 2.4.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Press CTRL and F1 on the main bios screen to get the advanced chipset options, then set them in there
