Memory timings

Keep getting blue screen after overclocking and have to restart. I'm a bit confused with the memory timings. Can anyone give me some advise.

My specs

CPU DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800, 2200 MHz (10 x 220)
MB Gigabyte GA-K8NSC-939
RAM 1024 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM 200Mhz)
Video NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GS (256 MB)
Hardrive Maxtor 6Y120P0 (120 GB, 7200 RPM, Ultra-ATA/133)
OS MS Pro

Thanks for the reply. I know this is probably the simplest thing but what is a divider and how do I use it? Also my ram is Kingston brand (it's fairly old) don't know the model.

Would I need to increase the voltage?
