Memory Timings

hey hey ppl, happy new year....
I've got bored waiting for my new rig to turn up, so i've taken to overclocking my pentium. not sure if this is normal but can ppl have a quick look at my screen shot, as i think the memory timings are to "loose".

ok just rebooted, and seen it's only running in 64 bit not 128 bit on the memory, gonna stick my ram in another slot and see whats happens,

that should speed things up.... i think
