Memory timings

hello. I am having trouble overcloking. This is my system.

AMD 3800+ X2
Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX (2x1GB) CAS2
LANPARTY nF4 SLI-DR

At the moment i have every thing at stock with the memory timmings at
2 3 3 6 1T (400mhz)

However if i overclock the CPU to 250 X 10 with a 166 divier the memoy is slightly overclocked to 416 mhz yet this causes the computer to crash during games. Im finding it hard to overclock with a maximum mulitplier of 10. My question is what timings would i have to loosen in order to get stable results?

Try loosening the TRAS (the last one) from 6 to 8-10. If that doesn't work then loosen the CAS (the first one) to 3.

The CAS will make the most difference to stability.
