Right i bought a nice rig a while back. the memory i choose for OCZ, i had heared all good comments. (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-072-OC) i have currently 4GB of them, and my friend built me the computer.. but i noticed these ram timings are suppost to run at 4-4-4-15 and they are currently running at 5-5-5-15 , would there be a speed difference if i altered the timings, also would i need to alter the voltages? from what i see on PC Probe it says MEMORY 1.90V and DDR2 TERM 0.94 would that be fine if i did alter the timeings? ty.

Set the memory to 2.1v in BIOS. And up your North Bridge/MCH voltage by 0.1v to boost it for running 4 sticks. Then you can tighten the timings to 4-4-4-15.

a lot of RAM defaults to fail-safe slacker timings for motherboards that can only run at the default ddr2 vdimm which is 1.8v
