Memory timings

I have this memory set

I now have the 4770k @ 4.5Ghz with 1.275V. I could probably lower the voltage

In terms of timings for the memory, they are still sat at cas 11. Is it worth bringing these down? How would I go about it? Which of the three settings sat at 11 is it worth tackling first?
