As well as considering a new monitor, i'm also considering some new RAM. My current RAM is:

This sits within a Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R DDR2 & DDR3 motherboard which is running a Q6600, so i've got room to upgrade when it comes to memory. My computer is primarily a gaming PC and is now running Windows 7 X64 (thank you MSDN) so i'm looking to upgrade to 4gb of RAM with whatever is suitable.
Could you suggest some RAM for me please? Price range I don't mind though obviously I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on RAM unless it's really worth it (still considering a monitor as well you see).
