I'm look for some Memory upgrade advice for my Ryzen build, I was advised I could benefit from upgrading to 32gb.
I have the following RAM installed Team Group 8Pack 2x 8gb DDR4-3200 MHz CL 14-14-14-31

My PC spec:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800x
Cooler: Noctua U12S
Motherboard: ROG CROSSHAIR VI HERO (WI-FI AC)
Ram: 16GB Team Group dark DDR4 3200 C14
GPU: Only a Titan X
SSD: 1tb Samsung 980

I from what I remember it was better to get DDR4-3200 at a low latency, but recently I can only find 32gb at 3200 CL16 or 3600 CL18 or higher
I have have rarely hit the 16GB.

My question is would I benefit from upgrading to 32gb at a high latency or Should I stick to the 16gb I have an just look out for a matching pair ?

The furthest I was able to push the RAM usage to was 15.6gb. that's running a game Hogwarts legacy, CorelDRAW, YouTube video download and convert, running browser with multiple tabs inc a few YouTube, plus IE, software updater and playing a movie.

Should try something else ?

I was running this ram and managed to pick up another set off MM, got all 4 sticks running overclocked to 3733 and that’s on a cheapo B450 tomahawk.
Thanks, to be honest i've never looked too deeply into ram so I was not sure what I should do if I need to upgrade to 32gb.
I did have a look on MM but nothing much.

im sure this ram is on B-Grade.. i got a 32gb kit off there not too long ago but the 16gb 3200 was on there too
Yes, as far as i know its a B-Grade model. I've been looking for a 32gb but nothing on here recently or a matching 16gb, I would prefer 2x 16gb.
