Memory Upgrade - Advice

Hi All,

Looking to change from 6gb of Corsair XMS3 1600MHz to 16gb of the GSkill RipJawsZ 1600MHz.

Motherboard is the Gigabyte EX58-UD5. Running on an i7 920.

Was wondering what the opinion was on the GSkill memory and also whether it would be worth making the swap?

Are you happy with dropping from triple channel mode to dual channel mode?

With 4 sticks you'll be operating in dual channel mode or if you put 3 sticks in the slots for triple channel, and then add the fourth, you could end up with it all in single channel mode or some sort of hybrid triple/single channel mode.
