Memory Upgrade DDR2 - Q6600 Overclocked

Hi Folks

After killing my x2 3800+ in an attempt to get the most out of it, I chickened out and got a prebuilt preclocked system from our host. It's currently:

Q6600 @ 3.3Ghz (9x368)
IP35 Pro
2x1gb OCZ Reaper PC2-5300 @ 5-5-5-15
8800GT

Going to be putting Win7 on shortly and wanted to upgrade to 4gb ram (and a new GPU). I'd like to keep the overclock with minimal fuss. Any recommendations on the memory? There's not a massive range of ddr2, was looking at the OCZ gold:

Get this if you insist on buying it new or better still buy some second hand from the members market any good branded ddr2 pc 6400 or above will do.
Might be able to pick up a 2x2gb kit from the mm for around £50 it's not like you need a receipt / proof of purchase to use the lifetime warranty on ram should anything go wrong.

I did have a browse on the mm after I posted, I think there was only one and that was already gone. Will keep an eye on what's going.

Would it be difficult to include the existing 2x1Gb for the overclock to raise it to 6Gb? i.e 2.2Gb + 2x1Gb
