Memory Upgrade Options?

currently on 2gb 800mhz DDR2
Going on Win7 64bit ina couple weeks

1- Get another 2gb 800mhz DDR2
2- Get 4gb 1066mhz DDR2
3- Get 4gb 1333mhz DDR3 (have a combo MoBo)

The price of 2 & 3 are so close though... DDR3 was cheaper couple weeks ago but has now shot up by £20.

My cpu (Q6600) only has a FSB of 1066mzh would this be a problem?

yeah i will get the exact same RAM, but its out of stock now ...

is the DDR3 not a great improvment? even with regards to games?
