Memory upgrade or loosen timings?

So it would seems i've hit a brick wall with my current overclock; I can take it to 3.9 but anything further is too much for my 1066 memory as even on a 6x multi the memory is just getting pushed too hard.

Can I push the memory a bit further by loosening the timings or is it worth just getting a 1600mhz kit and going with that.

For reference i'm looking at this kit and my current kit timings are below.
