Memory upgrade or not??

As above, just need a little advice

My setup is as follows

Haswell 4770K @ 4.6Ghz
Giga-byte GA-Z87X-UD5H
Corsair 860i PSU
100i Cooler
EVGA Nvidia GTX770
Corsair Vengence PC3-12800(1600Mzh)
OCZ Agility 120Gb SSD (boot drive)

I guess the main question is, how much benefit would I see by using these??

PC is used for games and normal office applications

Any advice / recommendations much appreciated

It'd give no noticeable change. Benchmarks might show 2-3% in some instances, many games would give nothing at all.

ok, any suggestions on tweaking my existing memory then? is this stuff any good to O/C? not tried playing with the ram settings yet.

What are the timings on your RAM? You may be able to lower them a little, which would give a slight performance increase. Generally RAM is the last thing you should look at as it changes very little.
