At the moment i have X2 1GB PC3200 Memory 400MHz

Would i get much extra peformance if i change to following below

Data Integrity Check: Non-ECC
Form Factor: DIMM 240-PIN
Memory Specification Compliance: PC4200
Memory Speed: 533 MHz
Registered or Buffered: Unbuffered
Storage Capacity: 2x 1024MB
Technology: DDR2 SDRAM
