Memory Upgrade

I have an intel i925 mobo. I looked on intel's website (http://www.intel.com/products/chipsets/925X/index.htm) and it supports ddr2 memory 533/400. Does this mean I can't get any faster memory than this? If so, which 533 2gb memory would you reccomend? Thanks

Thanks. Will it be a noticeable boost over the 400mhz 1gb that currently sits in my pc, or a small improvement?

You usually see a fairly decent improvement going from 1gb to 2gb.
