memory upgrade

Fujitsu AMILO Pro V2030 Laptop is the machine i have and it currently has PC2-4200 DDR2 SDRAM 256MB.

can i stick PC-5300 in it and all shall be fine?

Should do i got a v2010 for my niece last year and swapped the default 4200 ram for pc-6400 i think it was, was working fine last week(i think it only runs at 4200 speeds though)
