Memory upgrade

Thinking of upgrading my memory from 4 to 8gb, my mobo is an asrock p55 pro.
I don't really know much about memory and what would be best.
I can only use two memory slots due to my cpu cooler.
Can anyone give me some good recommendations?

It does support it.
Don't really know anything about XMP but I will look into it.
