memory upgrade

hi guys,
i currently have 8GB 2133MHz of team group Vulcan memory. would i see much of an improvement in everyday use / gaming if i upgraded to 16GB? or would 8GB be enough and just wasting my money?
my knowledge of memory is a little basic. cheers all

8gb is plenty for general usage and gaming

what are your system specs?
if you plan on keeping your current setup for a long time then adding an extra 8gb at todays prices is not a bad idea. also noticed when there selling out of Vulcan its been removed from the site. there is only red Vulcan in 2400mhz now.

i think for £38 i may just upgrade anyway. we're probably all guilty of adding new hardware we may not necessarily need.

do you know if colour has any reflection on memory or is it just a colour?

Colour makes no difference, just there for aesthetics. Try to get a kit though that matches the speed and timings of your current one.
