Hey, seem to have a bit of a recurring problem when it comes to memory (not sure if windows 8.1 or not)

basically i'l be using the pc as usual, twitch streams, gaming, downloads etc

16gb of ram in general i'd think is more than enough, but when in game sometimes it will become extremely laggy and unresponsive.

A few times when this happens i check task manager after closing the game, cpu usage will be as normal 6-10% and the memory will be at 99% looking at the open processes, theres nothing there that totals anywhere near it. Restarting the pc resets the usage to normal 15%ish.

Can sometimes go a full day without incurring the problem but other days it flags back up to 99% anyone experienced anything similar?

tried mwbytes, didn't flag up anything.

tried a fix because apparently it's something to do with a leaked memory pool?

changed the startup registry of a ndu file to 4 which is supposed to disabled the leak from starting. will see how it runs over next couple of days as to if it fixes it or not.

its the lpx ddr4 3000mhz kit (2 x 8gb) as vince said it would just appear out of nowhere to 99% and nothing would run properly, just slowwwww.

i'm at uni atm i'l see if i can sort some screenshots out when i get back if it hasn't fixed itself. also not sure if page file is enabled or not, something else to check when i get back

seems fine tonight, it hasn't gone over 25% .. games were pretty much anything, yesterday i was downloading the division beta and playing rocket league and it was struggling to play, tabbed out 99%. has happened on League of Legends and H1Z1 aswell.

yeah i have killer lan from the msi board, the ndu registry seems to have fixed it, i've had 0 problems since i changed it.
