memory volts on DS3

ok guys i have some of this memory.
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB) (MY-108-CS)

Could someone just verify what i'm reading in that it requires 2.1v to achieve 4,4,4,15 @800mhz.

I'm struggling with my oc with this mem at stock ie 1.8v.

Says 2.1v ^

Most performance DDR2 will be 2.1-2.3v ish.
