Are there any 64gb or 128gb kits rated at 3200mhz or above that have built in thermal/temperature monitoring capabilities? I am looking at the G.Skill Trident Neon RGBs for AMD (F4-3200C16Q-128GTZN)
and they seem to report back DIMM temps. I want monitor my DIMM temps in Aida64 etc. Anyway of checking other than asking each vendor if the module has built in thermal sensor?

I think you'll probably have to ask the manufacturers. I don't recall it being specified on product pages generally, but then I've never been looking for it specifically.

You can probably remove Crucial Ballistix from your list - HWInfo64 doesn't seem to report any temperatures for my modules.

Some manufacturers provide dataseets which will specify if temperature sensors are present or not. For instance the 3200MHz 32GB modules I have, Kingston KSM32ED8/32ME say "Temperature sensor with integrated SPD" in the datasheet, and HWiNFO64 can read them. RAM aimed at gamers/overclockers is much less likely to come with a datasheet, unfortunately.

Unfortunately they (kingston) only seem to do that in their datasheets for ECC memory.

The best I can suggest is checking reviews and screenshots from users, but even if a reviewer mentions it, it doesn't guarantee your kit will have them.
