I have 2x2GB's of Corsair Dominator 1066mhz memory. The Sticks are rated for 1066mhz 5-5-5-18 at 2.1v

If I have 800mhz 5-5-5-18 at 2.1v everything is fine.
If I attempted 1066mhz 5-5-5-18 at 2.1v the PC starts to boot to windows and then reboots. No BSOD. any ideas?

Did you try loosen the timings at 1066MHz? Do you have the part number of the memory? Windows automatically restarts the computer if a fatal error is encountered, and sometimes this happens so fast you can't even see the blue screen. You can disable this through the control panel if necessary.

Give one stick a go at rated speed, voltage and timings, if it works try the other one. If both work the try bumping the voltage to 2.2/2.3 and see if the system is stable with both installed.

May also be worth updating the motherboards bios to the latest version if you haven't alreay
